"Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war eine einzige Zumutung. Das Zimmer hat stark nach Rauch und Schimmel gestunken, die Klimaanlage war defekt und damit unbrauchbar. Im Badezimmer roch es penetrant nach Urin und Chlor, das Waschbecken war teilweise aus der Wand gerissen und insgesamt war alles fleckig, dreckig und extrem unhygienisch.
