"The hotel is located in a new - eternal city of Samarkand. We loved this area more than crowded area around registan and so called old town.
The room we have booked was bigger (81msq) but in fact we were given a room maximum 60msq, still my son roamed and enjoyed and we had a nice time. I mark cleanliness 4 stars because of very dirty carpets in the room, room itself was fairly clean. I also would like to highlight high quality coffee in the room, best I had in room in Samarkand. There was only 1 cutlery set while we were 2 adults, it was really unpleasant when we ordered food but didn’t have second cutlery. Dental kit was missing, only noticed comb, shower kit and shower cap, luckily we had our own. Breakfast was middle up, omelette was prepared properly and coffee was good! Staff was attentive.
Important notice, staff on the desk are young and yet smiling, but they need training. They have to inform guests about no smoking in the room, card for gym or other information. It’s important to guide guests with policies as not all hotels has same standards. Also inform all guest to do not smoke because my baby woke up because of fire alarm and my wife was scared, at 12 am night that is unacceptable! Overall this place has a nice concept and the best shower in Samarkand which have hold me on to do not ruin their score. Guys, please wake up - you have a potential!"
"A bit far from the Registan but well located for restaurants and a 15 minute taxi ride from the train station. Note, if you sleep before 11PM, you will hear music. It stopped promptly at or before 11, but it was still there from about 9:30-11 PM."
"We stayed in a beautiful hotel, the staff was amazing and helpful. We ate at all the restaurants and the food was great. All the recommendations of the Concierge were delicious and we had a splendid time in Samarkand!"
"This is such a beautiful traditional courtyard hotel. The rooms are huge, the staff is so welcoming and kind (they let me stay until my 9pm flight), the breakfast is delicious and the location cannot be beat. I would 100% recommend staying here!"
"Close location to Registan square, easy to get around. The staffs are helpful as well, and it is good to stay by. The breakfast is traditional Uzbek, so may not be familiar for most"
"Beautiful hotel in a very central location. We stayed in a family triple room, which was incredibly spacious, and we especially loved the balcony overlooking the stunning courtyard. The room had everything we needed, and the shower had excellent water pressure with consistently hot water.
One of the highlights of our stay was the outstanding food quality. The breakfast selection was plentiful, the salad I ordered for lunch was exceptionally fresh and delicious, and dinner was beautifully presented and truly memorable. In fact, despite our usual policy of trying different restaurants while traveling, we returned here multiple times for both lunch and dinner because the food was simply that good.
This was without question my favorite hotel of our entire Central Asia trip."
"У этого отеля хорошее месторасположение. До многих достопримечательностей можно добраться пешком. Персонал услужливый. Но завтраки очень бедные и в ванной комнате очень неприятный запах стоит. К тому же будьте готовы что из туалетных принадлежностей предоставляют только мыло и шампунь, гель для душа отсутствует."
