"The room was the worst hotel room I’ve ever seen and certainly nowhere near 4 star. Everything is Broken and filthy with insects and bugs. Food was just as bad no variety at all, pointless going half board as we had to eat out most of the time as it was so bad. The facilities are neglected the customer care non existent and most nights there was screaming and fighting from locals at the front reception leaving clubs and bars . Incredibly unsafe for families and poor value for money. Worst...

Asked for a to go breakfast but did not get one. If you want poor customer service ,no hot water and staff to busy to attend to the customer needs this is a hotel for you. "Nice hotel. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of options. Room was mostly clean but we did have a problem with a leak from the shower which judging by the door frame being water damaged and mouldy, had been there some time! Staff were mostly very friendly with the exception of one. A little bit tight with the water (300ml a day is hardly generous, we are humans not a cacti!) Overall a mostly pleasant stay."
