"We liked the location of the Avani. Rooftop bar and restaurants were quite good. Our two issues, although they appear insignificant, did matter. We requested a 2nd luggage rack for our suitcase, only to be told we had to “make one”? Bottom line, no luggage racks available. So if you are two people in one room, it is a bit awkward. As for our other issue, some concierge are more knowledgeable than others. Birt, was exceptional. "

"Best hotel to stay in Bangkok if you can get a good Price. Strategically located. The gym is great. They also have a sauna and steam room. The spa has reasonable price and service and they serve a delicious Mango and sticky rice dessert after treatment. "

Awful experience getting up to it, even as a hotel guest. No queue jump, no priority over non hotel guests. Gaining access involves staggered multiple queues and lifts. It’s painfully slow even at 10pm when low peak! Staff were frankly border line rude in the bar itself, with one queue solely to take your order...
