"The staff here are always excellent. From the moment you arrive, the reception staff are friendly, knowledgable and helpful, the concierge guys are always there looking to help as well and always quick to attend to any problems and the maids do a great job in the rooms.
The rooms are fabulous with great views and the top floor pool is a delight.
Also, the German restaurant on the ground floor is also excellent with great staff and a good variety of food and you get a 10% discount with your key card from the hotel.
Also there is free parking right across the road.
I have been here 6-7 times now...for a reason. It's good.
One message to the management - give the staff a pay rise.
