We were very happy with our stay at Decameron, it is what we needed. However, Expedia website mention we were entitle to shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back, but we never got anything to prove, so we didn’t have that service, and had to pay taxi from our own money.

Esta lejos, no entra en el programa de diferentes hoteles. Las comidas son todo un tema y también las actividades, pierdes mucho tiempo haciendo filas y esperando que puedas reservar alguna actividad

El internet malisimo, la cafeteria sin aire acondicionado, la comida sin sabor , el personal de la recepcion no da soluciones. Super groseros para la reservacion del restaurante , en el aeropuerto disque incluyen el transporte nunca me dieron solucion y no llegaron por mo. Insatisfecho de decameron san luis

Sinceramente tuve una muy mala experiencia, comenzando con el check-in que fue liberado despues de las 15, alegando que tenian hasta 17 horas para darnos el cuarto, le dieron el cuarto a muchas otras personas y solo nosotros y mas dos habiataciones no habian sido liberadas, la respuesta fue que era por orden de llegada, solo que llego gente despues que nosotros y entraron directamente, haciendonos perder horas de nuestro dia. La habitacion sin agua, con humedad, tuvimos que cambiarnos de cuarto. El trato de la gente de recepcion es pesimo. La comida deja mucho que desear, entre otras cosas. Sinceramente no volveria ni recomendaria.

Hotel in bad condition....roof and surroundings with lack of maintenance.. truly important when this kind of properties are near to the sea.

Well the only thing l like about the property was the people. Most were very friendly. The hotel itself was terrible. It can use a makeover starting from the entrance, the lobby, and the rooms. In all my travels, l have never stayed in such a run down place. My luck, l had a first room with mildew all over the walls. The floor tiles were broken. The shower had mildew. The toilet seat looked like something that was there since the hotel opened up. Something you would find in a gas station toilet. The towels were dingy from white to gray. The bed linens were just as bad. They switched us room, it was slightly better, but l could not wait for the vacation to be over to go sleep in my comfortable bed. The ones at the hotel need to be thrown out. My fiancé used the toilet, l had an emergency and was rushing him to come out. I could not hold it anymore. We both ate something that messed up our stomachs. When he went to flush the toilet, there was no water. So l had to defecate on top of his because tge water was coming in too slowly to fill up the tank. Need l say more, the shower in the first room only had four holes functioning from the shower head. The same in my cousin’s bathroom too. Mosquitoes were killed on the walls, the chambermaid never wiped them down. If you missed dinner, you will not get a snack until 11:00 pm. I have never stayed in a resort where food was not available 24/7. Incredible!

Well you can only get food when your room is available and when you complain they are indifferent. The management is terrible especially maia fernanda at customer service she has no idea how to deal with customers. Also the food is very misleading they will say fruit in a puff pastry and it has ham, also the alfredo which doesbt have ham come full of it. And when you say somethinf they dismiss you. I have fixtures and video of the mistreatment vut im only allowed 400 characters

El Cameron: una experiencia costosa y decepcionante Nuestra estadía fue, honestamente, frustrante de principio a fin. Para empezar, el viaje no es barato, y en nuestro caso se salió del presupuesto, lo que hace que uno espere un nivel de servicio mucho más alto del que realmente recibimos. Tuvimos que adivinar prácticamente todo, porque nadie nos orientó sobre los servicios del hotel. La falta de información y atención al cliente es evidente. La comida en el restaurante fue repetitiva y sin creatividad, lo que rápidamente se vuelve aburrido para cualquier huésped. Las toallas tenían mal olor, algo completamente inaceptable para un hotel que se supone cuida los estándares básicos de higiene. Lo más lamentable: estábamos celebrando nuestro aniversario. Solicitar una decoración fue un dolor de cabeza. A pesar de pedirlo con tiempo, la encargada decidió hacerlo cuando quiso, obligándonos a mover nuestra celebración al día siguiente. Y para colmo, la decoración fue, sin exagerar, la peor que hemos visto. Ahora bien, debo ser justo: hay cosas positivas. Algunas personas del personal fueron amables (aunque también encontramos otras con una actitud bastante desagradable). El mar es, literalmente, de siete colores — espectacular. Los tours valieron la pena, pero es importante saber que requieren dinero adicional, así que hay que ir preparado. En resumen: una experiencia costosa, con buenos elementos naturales, pero con un servicio que deja mucho que desear. No lo recomendaría

Horrível

Somente 1500 carácteres é pouco para descrever minha insatisfação com o hotel. É um hotel antigo, com instalações simples que não funcionam. Tais como: televisão, tomadas, controle de televisão, ar condicionado e outros. Wi-Fi no quarto não funciona, Wi-Fi só pega na recepção, tinha que trabalhar um dia e tive que implorar praticamente para que me auxiliassem na conexão. Os atendentes não falam outro idioma que não seja espanhol, o que dificulta ainda mais a comunicação. O inglês que é o básico, não possuem. A praia na frente do hotel não possui faixa da areia, apenas em dias específicos da maré. O hotel é literalmente do lado oposto do centro, táxi para ao centro é basicamente 60 reais a cada viagem. A limpeza dos quartos também não são boas. Não existe box, apenas cortina. Se optarem pelo Decameron, não fiquem no San Luís.

Pros: Great Food nice pools Cons: No wifi the and the front desk people are rude. Also far from all the main attractions this hotel is pretty much a motel with me ce pools. Don't recommend at all.

they will not let you make dinner resevations on your 1st day , and every morning at 7am i had to go to desk to make a dinner reservation and then at 8am to reserve for the show, they do not have enough space for the ala carte restaurant and force u to eat in a buffet , it was horrible experience , not a good place for a vacation
