"Mi estadía fue para 7 personas en un principio había comprado con desayuno los 4 días y en ningún momento me dieron los desayunos entonces no consumi ese dinero extra que pagué ellos no quiseron hacerse cargo
Además me sacaban un montón de excusas por los desayunos
Las habitaciones no les hacen limpieza ni cambian tus toallas en toda la estadía que vas a estar allá te dan las mismas toalla una vez y esas mismas te tienen que durar tu estadía
No ponen papel higiénico en el baño tú tienes que...

"Fomos bem recepcionados, o ar condicionado funciona bem e a localizacao é realmente próxima ao centro. Todavia, a rua é extremamente barulhenta: motos buzinando, caminhões e pessoas gritando a partir das 6h da manhã!! Não há como dormir após esse horário. A rua onde está localizado o hotel é horrorosa. Sobre o quarto: não ha limpeza diária e somente no terceiro dia trocaram as toalhas, nao há agua quente, somente ducha fria.
