Awful and misleading

The worst hotel ive ever stayed in and what's more, the photographs are totally misleading. The maintenence of the building is poor, the cleanliness is even worse, the bathroom had no hot water, the windows are filthy and the wifi doesnt work in the room, which are also hot as there's a gap in the wall for the hot air to enter into. Such a shame as it has a great location and the misleading pgotograghs show this and the hotel in much better condition. Avoid like the plague!

Caro demais para o que oferece.

O único ponto positivo doi ficar de frebte para o mar. Café da manha sem variedade diarias e pouquissimas opções . Não tem frigobar, não wifi e não tem agua gelada. Frigobar é indispensável para este lugar em que não há tratamento de agua. Internet também é indispensável por se tratar de uma ilha turística e as pessoas virem de diversos lugares do mundo e precusliarem de uma boa conexão.

Pesimo el hotel , olia a humedad, los empleados eran mala clases, la comida era rutinaria y maluca y habia q rogarles hasta para q le prestaran una toalla a uno. Q mal servicio y q lugar tan desagradable.

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, la mayoría de los empleados son formales pero algunos tratan es como de regañar cuando uno pregunta algo o pide algo, especialmente en el Bar y Restaurante. La ubicación del l Restaurante no es la mejor y la variedad alimenticia es mínima. Las instalaciones del Hotel deberían estar en mejores condiciones, pues generalmente mantiene lleno pero no le hacen el mantenimiento adecuado. Me pareció Excelente el manejo que le dan a la guardada de los equipajes después del check out.

Terrible condition Hotel comparing to Tiuna(how come Tiuna is lower rated I do not know). Service horrible, room cleaning not done properly, towels not there(need to ask for it), replacement the same. Safe has been broken, lock to door also as well as airconditioning. I have been travelling many times around Latin America and Carrabeans and this is by far the lowest point you can go to. I am surprised it is even taken by such respectable website as EXPEDIA

Este es el.peor hotel que hemos tomado tanto que nos cambiamos para otro el hotel vs el.precio es una un engaño ESTA MUY SUCIO MUCHÍSIMA GENTE NO HAY AIRE SÓLO VENTILADOR EL los últimos pisos el.piso es.pintado todo se encuentra en pésimo estado...era nuestro aniversario y fue un caos...no es un hotel para el precio que cobran

No recomendable para una categoria de 150 dolares.

Un asco el comedor y el hotel en general.. es de categoria 70 dolares y no de 150 dolares. No recomendable que lo ofrezcan en su sitio web y menos ofreciendo descuento. Ya que sigue siendo una estafa o un engaño

Realmente es lo que esparamos por el precio, me decepcionó un poco los baños de las areas publicas ,muy sucios y descuidados , la habitacion con exelente vista al mar pero de poco sirve cuando el vidrio esta totalmente sucio por fuera y no se puede ver el paisaje, la comida deliciosa !

UNA PORQUERIA EN GENERAL

Este es el peor hotel donde me he hospedado. Desde de que uno entra a la recepción se siente calor y un mal olor general por todas partes del hotel. El aire acondicionado no servía, toco solicitar un ventilador a la habitación. El agua sale salada en los baños. No hay toallas, toca esperar que laven las de los huéspedes que hacen check out de cada dia. La comida mal presentada, sin variedad, todos los días lo mismo. El hotel necesita mantenimiento y remodelación. La piscina sucia con el agua turbia. Los licores horrorosos. Una empresa como HOTELES.COM no debiera ofrecer este hotel.

Muy pero MUUUYY basico

Es un hotel MUY PERO MUY Básico. Con varios puntos por mejorar como condiciones de la habitacion. Funcionamiento del aire acondicionado, en nuestra habitacion no lo arreglaron nunca a pesar de haber sido solicitado 3 veces. Ventilacion natural imposible. Olor permanente a alcantarilla. Ducha y lavamanos con agua salada y en regular estado.Variedad en el menú. Funcionamiento y condiciones de los ascensores.Atención de algunas personas en el mostrador principal. Como recomendacion a futuros huespedes. Si puede pagar tan solo un poco mas busque un hotel mejor. Aca lo que se obtiene es realmente poco por lo que se paga.Vale la pena si piensa estar todo el dia por fuera de la habitacion, comer solo en pocas ocasiones en el hotel; y si es paciente para aguantar el agua salada en la ducha; el olor de los baños; el flujo de los ascensores y el calor cuando no funciona el aire.
