They use a drink cooler and fill it with Ice,( very unsanitary) We had requested a king bed and when we arrived the room had no microwave,which we really wanted . I was told not all king rooms have a microwave,so we had to move to a room with 2 queens. Breakfast consists of muffins and bagels,if you want a warm sausage croissant it costs $4. "This was by far one of the WORST hotels/motels I've ever been inside of. My transaction was never refunded and I didnt even stay, because of the infestation of roaches in each room they had attempted to put me in. Every time I'd open the door to a new room, roaches (dead and alive) would be the first thing you'd notice on the floors, walls, and shower curtains. If you like artsy gardens, art festivals outside your door, artist shops, nice rooms, with good people to meet, or just walking around the garden, this is a this is the place for you. Everybody is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and well stocked with snacks, coffee, or tea. This is not your typical Holiday Inn or Hilton. We left on a Sunday with no one renting our room that day, so there was no rush at all...
