So we get there he gives us the key to the room we go to room as soon as we open room it smells all like smoke , we go back to tell him we have a reservation for a king size bed room NO SMOKING !!
He says my side says yall doo im like interesting because inhave the reciept and the booking information im showing you my proof i believe he never showed us his side !!my husband is allergic to smoke !
He said ill move yall for and upcharge !! Howeee the freak your gonna do that and like we had paid for king size we ended up staying there move to a double queen size room .. and my husband called main customer service they call the property i go to take a quick shower in that moment whiles his on the phone and shes calling main property to see whats going on , the water shuts off i scream and told my husbnd theres no water they turned it off !! Because of all this going on like how !! Its not our fault they did all this wrong !! Like the hotel before know im like ugh sad about it
