"Staff when checking in and checking out were rude with no reason. A simply thank you or a look in the eye would’ve done it. Left me on hold 15 minutes when dialed the front office to ask for the valet parking. When called back guy was rude saying he’s in the middle of a check in I needed to wait. When checking out I politely gave the keys back to the receptionist, and she rudely said just leave them there I’ll get them. Left me hanging with the keys. If they’re not happy with what they do, Menger management should n must pay attention to that. They could loose a lot of customer from coming back to stay there again.
