The elevator did not work. The hotel was under construction and was not giving a warm cosy feeling like I expected no tables or chairs in lobby just an open space not very inviting. Over all it was a good stay and very clean and quiet.

The room was dirty not well clean, it look like the blanket needed a wash, the bathtub had hair and a dirty towel in it. The a/c leaking water. No water, soup for hands. No bending matching for us to get a drink, elevator not working. A lot more and I have pictures to prove it. Noisy bed, toilet not clean.

Overall experience was okay they could clean the rooms better and have them smelling good instead of the weird smell the elevator has been broken for months and still broke the won’t you to walk up the stairs instead of offering a first floor due to you having a lot of baggage

The property is new and the franchise owner ensured that we had a great stay. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Good restaurant and bakery nearby. Freeway construction made access a little more difficult, but that is much of San Antonio. Definitely a good value.
