I had a very disappointing experience with this property and would not recommend it.
I booked well in advance and chose this location because I was traveling with an infant and needed a reliable extended-stay setup. A week before arrival, I received information about limited front desk hours and was told I could check in through their app if arriving late. I downloaded the app and confirmed my reservation.
On the day of arrival, I made multiple attempts to contact the property to confirm the late check-in process and received no response. After landing, I found out my reservation had been cancelled shortly before the front desk closed, with no meaningful notice or opportunity to resolve the issue.
This left my family, including a baby, without accommodations upon arrival. Thankfully we found a last-minute alternative, but the situation was stressful and avoidable.
The lack of communication and reliability was extremely concerning. I would not stay here again.
