Terrific place in darling neighborhood easily walkable to the convention center. Host escorted us in and thoroughly explained everything about the place. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was spotless. Highly recommend.

This property is in a quaint neighborhood that is very convenient to the Riverwalk. The property was very secure and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was easy, no trouble finding a spot close by.

Our room was a restored Bachelor Officer Quarters building, and was well appointed with a full kitchen, king size bed and a small office nook. Upon arrival we received a personal orientation from the hotel staff. Excellent stay, easy walking to dining and drinking establishments. We'd definitely stay again at our next opportunity.

Loud and uncomfortable

The place has paper thin walls and windows. You can hear every conversation of people walking by the room, every car door opening and shutting as well as every car that passes by as it is right by the street. A few of the windows are not even sealed. The wood floor has hollow areas that are a tripping hazard and the floor is not level with a noticeable slope from the living room to the dining/bathroom area. The heating and cooling system was good.

歴史保存地区の中のアンティークなアパートメントです。とても雰囲気がありますが、一般のホテルとはかなり違うことを先に知るといいと思います。 ホテルと違って在駐のスタッフは居ません。 先にドアロックの暗証番号なども含めてSMSでやり取りをしなくてはなりません。 チャットはhotels .comさんを経由するようで、ダイレクトではない歯痒さがありました。 日本からの携帯電話では連絡が取れず、国際電話の番号を伝えてからは直接メッセージのやりとりができて安心しました。 管理の方はとても良い方でした。 最初にお部屋の使い方、ゴミなどのルールの説明を受けます。 周辺にはオシャレなカフェやBarがあります。 20分ほど歩けば賑やかなアラモ周辺へ行けます。 古い建物の価値を楽しめる方、英語がある程度できて、旅行慣れしている方にはホテルとは違った素敵な体験をお勧めします！
