"Edith and Jose we're very helpful and knowledgeable about the area, over all staff was happy, kind. The Hotels ambience over all was an old school feeling but very cozy. Easy entrance to the RW (riverwalk) with all the stores and restaurant walking distance. No need to drive anywhere just enjoy your time around the riverwalk/downtown area! We'll be back forsure!"

"Rooms are very clean with daily service which is not very common these days. I stay there for work, it is a bit away from downtown and away from almost everything and I do not rent a car. So, a car would be good (when I rent one or I drive my own). I like the hotel very much and the service is excellent. I have stayed there maybe every time I am in San Antonio for the past 5 years."
