"The hotel lobby is cute and quaint. Once you leave lobby the vibe is very different. The reality of a very dirty hotel becomes evident as you wait by elevator doors which were extremely dirty. The doors to each room were extremely dirty and marked up. Our bathroom was dirty. The furniture has an inch of dust. The ac not working properly. A ceiling tile fell and woke us up as it sounded like a loud crash. Floors extremely dirty. "

"The hotel is beautiful and located right on the Riverwalk. While Valet is pricey, you can come and go. The two queen corner room was HUGE. Though, my highest compliments to the staff. Every staff member I encountered was kind, professional and very put together. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini spring break getaway. "

"The room was spacious and quiet and the temperature was comfortable. The building is showing its age with some peeling paint and scuffs. Lighting in the room a bit awkward with inconveniently placed light switches in the sitting area that led to several run ins with a knee-level coffee table. The fitness center is small and in need of maintenance. Both peloton bikes were malfunctioning and the water dispenser was out of order. The pool is nice but very small and best visited early in the morning if you intend to use it to relax. In hotel restaurant was fine food wise. The servers were very friendly and attentive. Location is excellent. "

"When checking in, I was unaware of a parking fee. I believe that should have been in the description or detail section when booking. There was no mini fridge or microwave in the rooms. If you charge for parking, there should be enough funds for at least a mini fridge. Walking into our room, there was hair on the floor under the deck and in the bathroom. Mold is growing in the corner of the bathroom and above the light switch. There was pee on the side of the toilet. The swimming pool was dirty; I understand nature; however, someone should have been out there every day cleaning. I watched as the hotel's guests cleaned the pool for the staff. Dust was on the ceiling. I asked multiple times for service for my room, and no one came. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed. TV went in and out. The guide to the TV didn't work. "
