"The location is excellent and the staff(Ethan)was phenomenal. The only thing there was no pancakes or waffles 😕 at breakfast. The breakfast wasn't great, the shower water temp for hot water doesn't last long. We stayed for 5 days no housekeeping for room to replenish items in room, dishwasher soap, sponges, trash bag, toilet paper and towels. Had to get all this from front desk because room phone didn't work. But the room was large and spacious with all the kitchen essentials you need. Unhouse people camp out near parking garage, no security for parking garage on property..Other than that my family truly enjoy our stay. It affordable hotel with great location and good customer service . Just seems to be understaffed."
