I will start off by saying that I was so looking forward to staying after much research for the right hotel near Yaamava Casino and Resort with perks like a pool & buffet. When I first walked in I was greeted with smiling and courteous faces.
The room I stayed in with my 80 year old disabled Mom was absolutely perfect as far as the size of the room and bathroom along with a microwave and large refrigerator. My first real issue started with the king size bed only holding 3 pillows so I went to the front desk and requested an addt’l pillow but I was told the addt’l pillow was in a bag with a sheet and blanket under the tv. I went back to the room and took out the pillow but did not pay full attention to the condition of the pillow and later the night as I was preparing to sleep, I noticed a small round yellow stain on the pillowcase. It unnerved me but it was so late at night I decided to just use it. When the morning came after my 1st night I had set the pillow to the side so I can inform housekeeping of the pillowcase stain but as I went to the front desk to ask about when housekeeping (here comes the 2nd but biggest issue)) was coming in, only to be told housekeeping would not be coming in as they only clean the rooms every other day and since that day was gonna be my 2nd and last night stay, my room basically missed the chance for housekeeping which I found OUTRAGEOUS! Other issues involved but I’m running out of characters to type my review.
