You book for some other room and complain about having knee problem but still when we accommodate you based on requirement and still you complain about something outside, the people who are homeless they are also human being and due to financial crisis they are in this situation and its not our problem its everyone problem, if you having complaints better you stay at home and don't go outside your house that way you will feel safe. Greetings Edu Silva,Thank you sharing your valuable feedback, we apologies for the inconvenience but at the time of check in we did give multiple keys, i am not sure whether you have tried all of them, as the keys will not work when in contact with electronic devices like mobile phones, but we were available all the time in the front office to activate the keys though. And regarding the no microwave we do have microwave which was very closer to the room you have stayed. And to let you know that we never mentioned anywhere in the website that we have microwaves inside the room.
