LOVELY stay all around. AMAZING views, AMAZING FOOD. The trout was phenomenal. We loved just about everything. My ONLY caveat was asking for a small cheese platter to go along with some wine and it was priced a bit too high. The service, the staff, the place all get an A+. We’d love to come back.

Absolutely beautiful location on the lake at junction of feeding River. The room is large,comfortable and has spectacular bay window overlooking lake and hills. Pool at lakeside. Facilities are well maintained.

This hotel is a little gem. A bit too isolated for my liking but fairly close to the local town. The main dislike is the lack of clarity on check in. Clarity is always good even though one has good finances. The hotel itself is wonderful in every aspect: the surrounding countryside is the best in the world, the food is tasty and of gourmet class and the health facilities are to be recommended. The hotel is recommended despite its shortcomings.

Front desk staff was great. Tour desk did not deliver so I recommend looking for tours elsewhere. Our room was quite noisy as it was under the restaurant and near the elevator. It was also not quite what was shown in the pictures for a junior suite. We paid full price and expected more.

Quarto com boa vista, porém à noite percebi que o blackout não é suficiente para bloquear a luz pela manhã, o que compromete o descanso. Uma das janelas não possuía tela contra mosquitos e encontrei uma aranha grande no quarto, o que causou desconforto. Também precisei solicitar a troca de toalhas. No almoço e jantar, considerei os valores dos pratos excessivos. Além disso, fui cobrada por uma taxa de consumo de bebidas na piscina, apesar de o serviço ser ofertado no próprio local, o que me pareceu inadequado.
