Great hotel, by the lake. We stayed in the panoramic room and it was gorgeous. Breakfast was good, spa area wasn't crowded end of March, we even had a couple of massages. Great place to disconnect and enjoy nature.

Staff never kept the room stocked with towels or paper. Always had to ask for them. But overall was a beautiful place

O Hotel já não é mais tão novo (isso acaba se destacando como uma primeira impressão ao ingressar no quarto - por exemplo, com o uso das cortinas de banho), mas ainda conta com quartos muito confortáveis e limpeza adequada. My sons & I had a wonderful stay for 3nts/4days. The staff were friendly, polite and respectful. The location was perfect - close to downtown shopping and within driving distance to many attractions and points of interest.
