"The location is great. We've been staying there regularly for three years, and it's gone downhill. It's not property maintained. The refrigerator was leaking through the cabinet and onto the carpet. The carpet was so dirty, it turned the soles of our feet black. Worst of all they now have a $30/day "destination fee."
