"Customer service from Hotel staff, including the staff at Maryjane’s restaurant was exceptional. Taylor Celeste checked us in & was a gem. My wife suffers from debilitating neuropathy from chemotherapy, our room wasn’t quite ready, she led us to a little and very comfortable lounge, made sure that my wife was comfortable and gave us each a complimentary adult beverage. "The staff was nice they were extremely short handed . Free breakfast was shut down with the doors locked. The hotel looked like no one vacuumed or mopped the common areas by the elevators and side entrance doors off of the parking lot. Our room had food in it from a previous guest and house keeping wasn't done the 2nd day of our trip. Also the smell of mold and mildew in the room was very overwhelming .
