"The room was clean. The staff was great. Some of our plugs and charging stations weren’t working in the room, but besides that it was great. Great location we went to a Padres game and couldn’t ask for a better location. It is right in the heart of the gaslamp cord though so a lot of noise and homeless people so that’s something to consider if you’re traveling with young children."

Staff was friendly but not always helpful - for example, we weren't informed that we needed to use our room key card to make the elevator work, so we stood in the open elevator till another guest came in & used their room key card to make it work, We met other guests that had the same issue till WE told them how the elevator worked.
