"Everything was good. Except our room in tower 3 smelled really bad. Not sure if it was the carpet or the age of the hotel room. Had to sleep with balcony door open to air out."

"During my stay at Mission Bay Motel, the room next to mine flooded, and water ended up leaking into my room. Because of this, I had to quickly pack up all of my belongings, move everything off the floor, and leave the room earlier than planned. I then had to spend about 30 minutes arguing with the office staff just to receive compensation for the inconvenience. "We had a $credit for each of my family members for food in the diner. The waitress was Super nice! The bartender was a complete Asshat, I could hear him talking to the waitress as he proceeded to say”You can have this one”! “It’s all you”! I worked in the hospitality industry for a quarter of my life, to have that rude ass guy say things like that is terrible! The $credit was not taken off our ending room bill!
