"The hotel is beautiful, but it lacks some of the basic amenities that you would naturally expect from a place that charges you this much. For example, no coffee in the rooms (except packets of instant espresso they will deliver if you call), wash cloths, cleaning of your room during your stay unless specifically requested, water spills ALL over the floor from the shower due to the design, and the beds are truly terrible. "I was very displeased with this hotel stay. The room felt dirty, low-maintenance, and had a damp/musty smell. We felt like we were in a Super 8, but paying like we were staying at a Hyatt Hotel. A portion of the “parking garage” was fenced off, which allowed minimal room for parking. It also doesn’t help when the hotel staff is double parking. Elevator was disgusting. Hallways had hairballs. The doors are so thin, you could hear anything and everything going on outside your door. No privacy at...
