"Great location!"

"Clean and beautiful room with a mini bar which were decently priced, though through personal preference, the shower design is beautiful but we made quite the water mess since it doesn’t really have a door or curtain. Had to use multiple towels to dry it up. Loved the whole experience of the stay but that and no furniture other than the closet to store folded clothes"

"The hotel was extremely clean, the room was exactly what we paid for, friendly staff, and great location in the heart of little Italy."

"Stay was pleasant and met our needs. Accommodations were comfortable and restaurant was excellent. Some maintenance items were visible and our shower didn’t work but was immediately fixed. A bit disappointed that some amenities were no longer provided at Embassy suites such as toiletries (shower caps, body lotion etc) or Kleenex. Coffee bar items weren’t replaced daily and had to be requested. For $699 per night was slightly lacking."

"Access to property was a bit difficult, especially in heavy traffic. Parking was also atrocious. There are too few spaces for the size of hotel, and there is a possibility you can’t find parking, even after the $25/day parking fee."

"A/c did not work. Told front desk. Seemed annoyed and very inconvenienced. Came out and “fixed it”. It was not fixed. Sweated all night when the weather outside was high 60’s. Took our two dogs and booked the pets room. The room smelled really funky. It was hard to adjust. Would not stay again. Bathroom was clean. The room was nicely stocked. Check in and out was easy"

"Pictures were misleading. Old, broken down, and shower was unusable because it only sprayed scorching hot water now matter where I twisted it. Can’t believe for $200/night you can allow such terrible conditions. Not even lampshades on the light bulbs, door wouldn’t open all the way, and toilet seat was already wet when we arrived, gross. Sheets were clean but not pillow cases and rough and scratchy. At least no roaches."

"Walked in around 1:30 to see if there was availability to check in a bit earlier. The receptionist was super friendly upon entering, was able to check in a bit earlier. Super helpful when called in for extra towels. The view from our room was nice as well. I would definitely stay here again!"
