"I made this reservation because our flight out of San Diego was being cancelled. Within 2 hours I attempted to cancel this reservation because the Airline put us in a hotel. The Hotel said I had to go through Expedia, Expedia said I had to go through the hotel. Calling the hotel customer service was a terrible experience, you could not hear them and they had no clue or interest in helping me. I basically received an "oh well, sorry. We are keeping your money" . Expedia was also no help. ...

"Avoid this property. I booked this property based on the reviews I had read on Expedia. We'll those positive reviews are misleading. This property is awful. 1st off the staff is unresponsive and needs to be retrained in customer service. Our hair dryer didn't work. When my wife went to ask for a new one she was told no. Another person staying in another room gave us theirs. Secondly, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. For a non-smoking room it smelled like someone regularly smokes in...

"Good place to stay. Not fancy but has many conveniences like very small 24 hour market for essentials and snacks including microwave and disposable utensils etc, seating areas, vending machines with drinks. There was much more but didn’t use them like laundry, fire pits, pool etc. would stay again."

"I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. We arrived in San Diego after 9pm. We called them from the airport and they picked us up with in 10 minutes. The lobby had hot water, tea, and coffee waiting! The hotel was walking distance from the pier, nice walk. The staff ws nice and the room was clean. The shower was great and lots of towels. Would definitely recommend. We were in room 326."
