"This hotel is in a great location - easy walking distance to Seaport village which has a number of shops and restaurants. The city view was ok, nothing special - our room was next to the elevator so was pretty disruptive at night. The pool was great and heated in the nighttime. Lots of dining options of varying prices. The manager just gave us a report and when we asked for specifics of the next steps he said that they can't do anything. The location of the hotel is in the area with lots of homeless people. We stayed 4 nights and one of the nights the access to the hotel was blocked by the police dealing with...
