"My family of 5 loved this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. The 2 kind of down sides were that the couch pullout bed was super uncomfortable and the shower was slow draining. Everyone loved the breakfast! The best free hotel breakfast we've had."

"The linen was stained. Bathroom for did not work properly. A chair and the soft bed had a distinct odor. The chair was stained as well. While checking in the front deck person. Stop checking me in to help someone else that was there after me. I thought well thats rude. There were no instructions on how to check out. Not posted in room or even told when checking in."

"The room was clean, but it needs to be updated. The only problem was that for some reason the tv service was not working properly and didn’t had any tv connection. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect."

"Its San Diego… so not like uts going to be a great deal, but it was reasonably priced. The parking lot was being renovated so it wasn’t great access but still worked. Restaurants there (didn’t eat there though) and it obviously wasn’t the Waldorf but it worked. I did see a bunch of people using the Hot Tub so I’m gonna assume that it worked. All in all and adequate choice for the money."

"We had a $credit for each of my family members for food in the diner. The waitress was Super nice! The bartender was a complete Asshat, I could hear him talking to the waitress as he proceeded to say”You can have this one”! “It’s all you”! I worked in the hospitality industry for a quarter of my life, to have that rude ass guy say things like that is terrible! The $credit was not taken off our ending room bill!
