"I have stayed at this hotel many times and I was thoroughly disappointed. The hotel is rundown and poorly maintained. My room was filthy. I found a big bug in my bed. Then I discovered food crumbs along the wall next to bed. The sink was clogged the entire time. The only good thing about this place was the tortilla factory where I got a free breakfast which was mediocre. I complained at the front desk and all they did was say sorry about that. No offer for a voucher or refund or even a discount....

"The hotel was very clean, only thing I noticed was an empty alcohol bottle behind the bed when I was searching for a lost item. Hot tub and pool were good. Room with a view of the bay was great. We went to order some food to bring to our room and sat at the bar unacknowledged for a while. A gentleman asked us if we needed help before the waitress. She even acknowledged another table first that got there after us. Bummer that they didn't tell me they charge for parking ahead of time and they...

"★ I do not recommend this place. There was a bug in our bed first night. Walls are super thin, can hear the kids running/jumping above and kids yelling next door. Walls are so thin you could hear someone's phone going off underneath us. There is also construction going on around the hotel and on our floor with no heads up. Worst stay ever."
