"The first night was fine. The first associate that helped was nice, but they gave us an ADA room, which we didn’t ask for and had trouble using certain things since it’s for people with different abilities so that was frustrating. Then during check out the lady said she would email my receipt and there was no email attached apparently so when I called to get my copy the lady over the phone said the lady who checked us out on (5/30/26) should have seen that and asked for my email. "This hotel is in desperate need of repairs and I do not recommend staying here. First off, our room door was broken and would not close properly. One of the maids had to help us close it and even admitted that a handy man had just been there earlier in the day to try to fix it, but was clearly unable to. Also, the sprinkler in the bathroom over the sink kept leaking and the door had no lock. It's a glass door. The parking is way too expensive at $50 and another thirty some dollars for...
