"The first night was fine. The first associate that helped was nice, but they gave us an ADA room, which we didn’t ask for and had trouble using certain things since it’s for people with different abilities so that was frustrating. Then during check out the lady said she would email my receipt and there was no email attached apparently so when I called to get my copy the lady over the phone said the lady who checked us out on (5/30/26) should have seen that and asked for my email. That was rude...

"amazing staff. helped accommodate us to an extended stay last minute, pool is super nice and room is super clean. we went to the waffle house inside the lobby and it was a cute diner good staff and good food. room was so nice and clean and everything was up to date and almost upscale. i haven’t seen something that’s a good price for such amazing quality!"
