Staff - valet was very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I showed them my expedia perk where we get "1 free bottle per stay" and got 1 so far for the night. We stayed for two nights expecting another the following day. However, as I asked and showed them the next day, the lady said "Sorry no thats actually our daily 1 glass of house wine" yet the app states clearly "1 bottle wine per stay". But I let it slide. [Expedia - unsure if this is inaccurate information or ive been lied to, to avoid to be given a second bottle for free]. Otherwise, staff has been helpful. The second night we had issues in our room about a smell of "rotten eggs" in certain spots believing it was a gas leak. We spoke to the front desk and the guy explained that the hotel just got remodeled and there has been an "ominous" issue. We were stunned, but was like We just want to mention it and that we were leaving the next day so no point of changing rooms. We were helped out at least in the end, but the room still had random smell spots.
ROOM 2008 - Loft Suite
Pro: soaking tub, spaciousness, cool open window balcony to look over
Con: bed pillows were super soft we woke up too sunked in and necks hurt. By the bed, there is vent where you can hear all the commotion of the outside. (People laughing, dogs barking, sirens, etc) and yet we are all the way on the 20th floor but felt like someone was outside of our window. Random odor of rotten eggs, wet dog smell from couch
