"I reserved a room with a balcony, one king bed, and an ocean view, but I was given a first-floor room with two beds and a view of a wall. I asked if they could change it, and they did, but they moved me to another first-floor room with a view of palm trees instead. I still wasn’t happy with it because it wasn’t what I originally booked. On top of that, there was no parking available, so I had to park somewhere else.
The parking area seemed to have reserved spaces that appeared to be prioritized for certain guests, and honestly it made us feel uncomfortable and somewhat overlooked. I have never experienced something like this at any other hotel. When you pay for an ocean-view room with a balcony, you naturally expect to receive what you booked. Overall, the experience was a bit frustrating and disappointing, but unfortunately we didn’t really have another option at that point."
