"The pictures on this website are terrible. I was extremely hesitant, but because it was a Hyatt location. I decided to go with my gut because I’ve stayed at Hyatt before. When I arrived at the hotel did not disappoint. Everything was amazing. If you’re thinking to book a room at this hotel do it. I completely recommend it."

"I had a really great stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The location was also convenient and made it easy to get around. "Very Clean. Staff very nice, professional esp Alex at the front desk. She was a wonderful front desk first impression, always smiling positive answering the phone, multi tasking and checking people in! Hotel is centrally located walking distance to the malls restaurants and public transportation. Close to beaches zoo balboa park."

"Staff was excellent bars were excellent. Breakfast was excellent. whole vibe just extraordinary with the decor. Excellent vibes going on at this place. Highly recommended Friday Saturday night spending the whole day at the pool both days. I know San Diego has a lot to offer, but don’t miss out on this hotel on the weekends. Lots of fun Beautiful highly recommend going in the jazz bar when there’s a venue it’s like out of the movies."
