"We enjoyed the pool and free airport shuttle. We had a very hard time with staff. Upon check in they asked if we wanted daily housekeeping. We said yes. Day two they arrived before we were out of bed. We asked to come back later. We left room for several hours and they didn’t come back. We let the front desk know we needed trash taken out (food), towels and we were out of coffee, conditioner and body wash. We then left until after 10pm. When we came back it wasn’t done so we took our trash downstairs and asked again. They arrived very late with towels and conditioner. Day three, we left for the entire day. No housekeeping. We got back at 4:50 and asked the front desk for service. They told us housekeeping left at 5. Day four, they did the room but forgot to put a top sheet on the bed. It was a poor experience. Usually people try to make it right but there was no attempt, even with a four night stay. I’ll not stay here again. It was service like during Covid. "
