Air conditioning in poor condition rooms are filthy the baby was walking in socks the socks are what I can describe caked with smoke tar we had to throw them away, no vent in the restroom walked in smelled like arm pits, ruin in the hallways never was power washed all weekend staff rude especially night staff maintenance was helpful cable box wouldn’t work called for service box replaced then stuck on 1 channel night staff with her rude sarcastic attitude tells me “ it can’t be stuck in one channel” I told her go see for your self … also they have over 60 units ppl living in I booked the room for 3 adults we only got 2 lg towels all day Saturday we were told towels washing to come back I. 20 mins then that they will send some up then there is no towels … on line it said I can pay for late check out I was refused by front desk guy LIVING in the room above us bad drug addict tweeter up all weekend Friday to Sunday non stop banging stomping fighting music non stop movement I didn’t sleep well … no dogs posted everywhere well the ppl living there has dogs even aggressive pit pulls that try to attack a person .. they have signs no smoking or 300 fine nope ppl living there smoking someone next to our room was smoking weed ..
