Por el precio está bien pagar una noche ahí para descansar, esta muy centrico enmedio de San Diego Downtown. Es pequeño, es un solo piso, varias habitaciones, con abanicos y ventanas abiertas. Todo en orden, algo limpio, no tanto como otros lugares pero para el precio me pareció bien. Hay todo tipo de viajeros que se hospedan, adultos mayores, jovenes, americanos y extranjeros.

The breakfast and coffee was definitely a plus. The mattress was very old and uncomfortable. The staff members were friendly and attentive.

Horrible if you make mistakes and books in female rooms to change to man’s room you lose the original book and pay doble to book again, please don’t use this crap

The staff member at the front desk was incompetent and unprofessional. The owner was predatory in his business tactics. The common area was dirty and unkempt. The dorms were disgusting and hot. If you have a vehicle l, I would recommend you sleep in it over staying at this repulsive establishment.

I really enjoyed staying at Hostel on 3rd. It was such a nice experience. There is very close parking for 35 a day, at Island and second, when payed at the at the kiosk with cash/coin or card it is 35. The first kiosk did not work with my card and the price was 40 using my phone and the Provided QR at the parking lot.i was able to complete the payment at the N. kiosk There is 4 hour maximum metered parking in front of the hostel which had a parking enforcement personnel right when I arrived. But that parking is convenient for any belongings or luggage. I saw a parking garage which was 18 dollars a night on First Ave between West A and West B streets. It would be close to a mile walk if I have measured correctly on Google maps. I am happy I finely booed a stay at this Hostel. I think that most people wouod have a nice time staying here. The pancakes in the morning were really good and such a mood boost. So many smiling feelings, thank you Hostel on 3rd. Take a light for your makeup if you plan on applying any. The lighting didn't really freak me out, but however, my face is terrible. So; that explains my terrible makeup. There seamed to be better lighting in the hallway which had a mirror. Or natural lighting with the curtain open if you do not mind someone possibly watching, which is always sometimes possibly exciting and accepted.

It is an older building with lots of charm. The staff were nice professional and friendly. It is not as high end as others but for the comfort and convenience to everything I'll stay here again.

No A/C under the over 90 degrees, no window but a door to the outside in our room (we couldn't leave it open for security reason, of course), one toilet room has no sink to wash hands, it was the worst hostel we've ever stayed! We cut our plan to cancel last 2 nights out of original 6 nights due to the overwhelming heat as an an advance notice as soon as we had checked in. Bunk bed mattresses were too old to rest. We got no refund, by the way!!

The location was really amazing (many restaurants and good grocery store close by) and the vibe of the hostel was great, everyone was super friendly and fun to talk to. I had a private room and the mattress was unbelievably awful, felt every spring pop underneath me with every roll. Also, there were cockroaches :(

Everything went really well. Great staff. Hot breakfast every morning yummy.
Nice patios to sit and visit with other travelers.
Christmas morning I found 2 roses outside the Front door and kept them in my room. So lovely

I had to work at Snapdragon Stadium for 2 days. Im from Los Angeles. I booked for one night and it worked out perfect. I brought my own sheets and pillow and blanket. They have restrooms and kitchen . You.get what u pay for. $39.00 for 1 night. Ez money. They just need to change out there mattresses. Other than that. Good spot to rest ur head. I would come back.
