Ridiculous hidden fees and you have to pay for parking that isn’t even covered or monitored. Rooms aren’t the best and the staff talking to you every time you walk in and out of the doors is wild and gets annoying. Staff is nice and helpful but I won’t be staying here again.

My first time staying at Legacy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice lobby, room was good size and really nice. Happy hour (3 to 6), and dinner at the lounge/restaurant was really good. The workout facility could use a set of dumbbells. I would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend the Legacy.

Very nice hotel with spacious, clean rooms. Dining/bar didn't quite measure up to the rest of the hotel. Wasn't walking distance to anything, but it was an inexpensive Uber to get wherever you wanted to go. Overall, I was very comfortable there and enjoyed my stay!

This visit I used a debit card to make a reservation. They took funds out of my account. I said, I’m paying cash at checkout. They said, oh it will be released when you check out. I said, ok. When I checked out I said, I’m paying cash. He said ok. I said, and my funds will be released back to my account???? Yes, he said. Gave him cash. I said, my funds are being released now? Oh yes, he said. Let me finish getting your receipt. I said, will it be released in a few minutes????? No, he replies, 7-10 days!!!! I held my cool, but I let him know that he basically lied to me. He had a very smug look. I pray this is not how you operate. Everyone else were very hospitable. I did enjoy our stay.

Sometimes its best to say something as it is. This Hotel failed in so many ways. Jacuzzi broken, No Pool towels, no idea what is the entrance to the lobby, Parking was a walk to the lobby, credit card charges by hotel that was not authorized. No screens on windows... mosquitoes bites when I woke up. The positives.... staff kind and nice but understaffed, and rooms nice

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel and room was nicely decorated, quiet, clean, and fresh. The staff was nice and super helpful with questions. We ordered room service from Theresa’s and it was delicious. We will definitely stay here again.

I really love this property! The staff make an effort to be genuinely kind and friendly. It is one of those places where every single staff remember greets you with a smile. The rooms are sparkling clean. The beds are insanely comfortable. The climate control is perfect. The lobby smells amazing. Trader Joe’s, Target and lots of restaurants are close. What more could you want?

To call this place resort is a huge stretch. It has a small spa downstairs and one restaurant but it's by no means a resort. However, it was very clean and the staff was extremely nice.
