Paradise Point Resort & Spa

"As a family of four from Chicago who have never traveled to San Diego, Paradise Point was the perfect resort to stay at. We were 15 minutes from all of our destinations and it was perfect to come back to a quiet clean room. We tried all of the restaurants and room service and everything was delicious. My children were able to enjoy the pools and beach and were able to kayak which was wonderful. Roberto, Kelly, and Sherilyn all checked up on us throughout our stay which was very thoughtful. We cannot wait to come back!"
Hilton San Diego Bayfront

"We upgraded our room for a view of the Shell and surroundings. The grass area next to the Hilton was not being watered properly so the entire area was brown. There were several homeless sleeping on the benches along the walkway to the Shell. I was disappointed that we did not have water in our room. A complimentary bottle was available if you went down to the market area on the lower area. Also, the valet parking was ridiculously expensive. I think $75.00 to park overnight when you are staying at the hotel is excessive."

"The hotel itself was very nice, a good place to stay. My only complaint is that we stayed there on a Saturday night and went to the restaurant for dinner. The "real restaurant" wasn't seating people (it looked closed) so we had to sit in an area of tables that felt like a small cafeteria. The food was mediocre and the ambiance was poor, and the food seemed to take a long time to arrive. The online reviews made it seem much nicer / appealing than it actually was. We wished that we had gone somewhere else."

"Staff was amazing. Rooms were comfortable. Only reason why i can’t give a 5 star review is because the TV didn’t really work. After a long day it would be nice to come back to a tv that has working channels instead of choppy signal or just not loading at all."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Bahia Resort. The rooms were spacious, the cleaning staff came through every day, the restaurants were exceptional, and the property was very well maintained. The only downside was that for a few days there was a distinct smell of pot from our neighbors. It was not the resorts"
