"We arrived hoping for a simple rest before an early flight, but the experience was disappointing. The front desk refused early check-in, which set the tone. Our room’s AC didn’t work, and there was no phone in the room, so we had to go down to the lobby to report it—twice—before anything was done. We had to clean chairs off of food/cigs & towels after waiting patiently for help. The one pool employee was never proactive.
