"The staff was great, and the food at the bar was fantastic. The room was average. The sliding door to the bathroom would slide open every time someone closed it. We were charged a resort fee, and the swimming pool wasn't even available. I guess it's an extra just to sleep."

"Conveniently located to shops and the plaza. Good places to eat. The room was okay. Def not 4 star. Its the small things. Pealed tiles in the elevator, patches of ceiling missing. Seems off.
