"The front desk were very helpful with questions and friendly to all that I saw them interact with while waiting in the lobby, there were at least 2 at the front desk which made things go fast. Their shuttle service was very friendly in the 100+ degree weather and helped guests get in and out of their shuttle and helped with the suitcases. The cleaning staff was great and brought items when they were needed even if you passed them in the hall. They always said hello and acknowledged you. The breakfast staff were always attentive whenever the tables needed cleaning or the food needed to be refilled. A great experience overall."
