"Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The only negative I would say would be their parking situation. To park on site you have to use a valet service. You can park your car out on the street but it is not hotel parking. "

"Enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and fresh and nicely decorated. The staff was extremely helpful from parking my car to delivering my luggage on my arrival and departure. Dinner and drinks were tasty. Would definitely stay there again "

"Very clean room and breakfast room. The beds and linen were good quality. The staff was so welcoming! We wish the weather would have been better so that we could enjoy the patio. It looks awesome. Restaurants and the local attractions are an easy drive from this hotel. "

"I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Location - very accessible, short walking distance to Universal Studios shuttle terminal. Room - very spacious and clean. Lobby - modern decoration, spacious and cozy. Staff - superb, very friendly and professional. Two people I want to say thank you - First the bartender (sorry I forgot the name) He made sure my cocktails taste perfect. Second, the guy at the recpetion on night duty of Dec 20. We already checked out in the morning but left luggage to be collected at night before we head to our amtrack trip. This trip got delayed for 2 hours! It was 12 midnight and we asked if we can stay while we wait for our departure time. He was the kindest, most accommodating person, he let us stay in the lobby and made sure we were comfortable. I hope somehow you read this. Thank you for your help."
