Great, well-maintained swimming pools were highly popular with our group of mostly young people. The restaurant has very tasty food options, and the staff were very friendly and responsive. We would gladly stay here again.

We didn’t have internet, you had to pay at the machine if you wanted it . Air conditioner was extra it wasn’t included. The breakfast was good American breakfast was 75 pesos more.

I stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed every day. All of the staff was pleasant and always helpful whenever needed. The resort its self is very relaxing and the pools are great. The rooms are a little old but still nice and comfortable. It's a short walk to the beach and if you need a ride anywhere, There is always a jeep or tricycle on the street. I plan to stay here again on my next trip..

Bedding is so uncomfortable, pay extra if you want A.C. and the staff enters the room to turn it off if you’re not watching. Just not a place I ever attempt to stay again.

Ich kann leider keine positive Empfehlung geben.

Es ist nicht so einfach Coco Grove zu beurteilen. Auf den ersten Blick sieht Alles sehr gut aus. Mehrere Pools, welche auch gereinigt werden. Das inklusive Frühstück ist ein phillipinisches Frühstück. Wer etwas Anderes möchte muss dann dafür zahlen, aber was man dann erhält ist schwach. Am Pool sind Liegen aber kein erkennbare Service. Um 19 Uhr geht das gesamte Personal nach Hause und nur noch ein Mann von der Security ist da. Zum Glück kann man im Bamboo Cafe, im benachbarten Resort, Abendessen bekommen. Ich hatte den Eindruck der Eigentümer, das Management, kümmert sich nicht richtig um die Zufriedenheit der Gäste.

I stayed with my family over New Years! This place could be amazing although needs a few maintenance updates. The staff need to be focused on their jobs, we had bottle and cups outside our room until we eventually cleared ourselves. They only manned the kitchen at breakfast had to find them at lunchtimes. Toilet seat broken in room and water pressure low in shower.

절대 가지마세요. 여기에 선풍기룸 올려넣고 가면 에어컨 룸있다면서 박당 더블을 요구합니다. 바로 옆의 파라다이스나 오션헤이븐이랑 가격이 같아져요. 절대로 가지마세요.

Good stay.

Peaceful place. The room was large with good air conditioning. I enjoyed laying in the hammock in the courtyard. Short walk you the beach. My only complaint was that the wifi didn't work.

Coco Grove Nature Resort and Spa isn't look what it showed in the website. There aminities that are nit working like the billiard area. The linens smell horrible, stinky. The water isn't working fine. The property is a total mess or shall I say dirty. The restaurant is dirty, the tables in the morning were very dirty. It seems they were not cleaning it at night so the next morning it's clean and ready for the guest to eat breakfast. The TVs were obsolete and it only has one local channel. The aircons were too old and cannot cool the room. We've requested to transfer another room due to aircon malfunction, nit cooling our room. But to our dismay the other room we moved in was just the same with the previous. So disgusting, our vacation turned into nightmare.
