Neighborhood is rough, but the property is very clean, safe (all outside doors are locked electronically and parking lot is secure), and really cool.

Club Quarters Hotel in San Francisco
Clean and decent rooms. Comfortable beds and bedding. A little dated and basic but good price for location. Windows did not open and air circulation was suboptimal.

Hotel Riu Plaza Fisherman's Wharf
Really loved this hotel and everything about it. The location is awesome. The breakfast amazing. The staff all wonderful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Handlery Union Square Hotel
Old property with a small staticky tv with no Netflix. Thermostat is from the 1800’s. Lol. Plumbing is sluggish. Just an overall unpleasant property to visit. Location is great and staff is nice but that’s it
