"My stay at Villa Maya was wonderful. It was very easy to find the location. The check in and communication were very pleasant and easy. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were gorgeous. The breakfast was fantastic and included a wide range of options. I would absolutely recommend Villa Maya."

It is situated directly opposite the tower and cathedral complex but very quiet through the night. First class position for our first time in Pisa. "The apartment was conveniently located close to all the sights and restaurants. It was immaculately clean, very peaceful and we had a good size room which had mosquito mesh at the window meant we could open it. The shared kitchen was great to grab a coffee and gave us somewhere else to sit and plan our days out. The luggage storage room was useful as we arrived before check in time and left afterwards too. It's a very secure place with keypad access."

"We wanted a quiet hotel away from the city but close to the airport.( 14 km) This was ideal a hidden gem. Beautiful rooms, lovely breakfast. They don't do evening meals but there are plenty of options within a 10 mins drive. It is very rural area. Seems popular with Italian film stars for some reason given the photos in the reception office."

"This is a charming old palace with lots of personality and the staff all were excellent. It was a welcome overnight refuge from Pisa after our plane was cancelled. Keep in mind it’s primarily a spa hotel with its own rhythms. And the food was delicious if a bit pricey. Also try the gelato shop across the street for the best gelato."

"Ladesäule auf dem Gelände ist natürlich super. Lage an sich auch gut. Alles andere hat nicht im Ansatz 4 Sterne verdient. Alles ist alt, Wände teilweise brüchig und kaputt, bis auf neue Kommoden und Fernseher, ist nichts auf dem Neusten Stand. Das Wlan hat nur in der Lobby funktioniert, im Zimmer gar nicht. Für 4 Sterne und den Preis pro Nacht, sind wir richtig enttäuscht worden."

Es un lugar con muchos detalles y espacios increíbles. Sentarse en el bar a ver el atardecer con los valles de la Toscana es una experiencia que no debe faltar. Yo sin duda volveré. "The staff were wonderful and the cafe at the entrance quite good and obviously very convenient. The room was comfortable and we liked the location, with easy walking distance to the river and restaurants (try La Ghiotteria, a recommendation from the staff). On the downside, while the room was air conditioned it seemed to have been locked to not cool as much as we would have liked during our very hot stay (presumably an energy efficiency measure). Further, the shower was very small with a clingy...
