"Stayed 3 nights. The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Florence, just a short walk from all the main sights (eg. Duomo). We appreciated the simplicity, cleanliness, and charm of the place. The hotel is perfect for those looking for convenience and relaxing atmosphere while in the heart of Florence. Bit of a downside is that it can be noisy if your room is by the staircase and facing the street like ours. Hotel also requires you to leave your room key whenever you go out, which seems...

"This was our second stay and it was great. The room was spacious and had an amazing bathroom and shower. The location is perfect and walkable to everything in Florence. Having two options for food and drinks on site is very convenient and the staff as both were great. Overall a perfect spot in Florence and we will be back next time we are in town. "

The staff, were all genuinely friendly, thoughtful and helpful. The breakfast buffet was perfect, and always plentiful. Endless cups of beverages. The bartenders, in the evening, were helpful to provide the relaxation that came in the favorite drink. The location of Hotel Orto Dell Medici is conveniently out of heavy tourist traffic but...

"Excellent, elegant, small boutique hotel in the middle of all the important places to go in Florence, I say it with the knowledge of someone who has lived there twice. Tthe service is exceptional, welcoming, kind, friendly and in disposition to help. I had the luck to spend Holloween night in their bar and they went out of their way to decorate it. I plan to go back if I return to that beautiful city, I thank all the staff for making my stay so pleasurable! "
