The rooms were immaculate & the breakfasts at Itaka restaurant on site were fantastic - the staff there were especially friendly. "Really enjoyed our one-night stay here. The room was really clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was brilliant — plenty of choice and everything was fresh. It’s an adults-only hotel, although children are allowed at the beach club. We were a little unsure about that beforehand, but honestly it wasn’t really a problem at all during our stay. Drinks were reasonably priced and the location was great, just a short walk into Colico where there are some lovely restaurants and a nice harbour. We actually really liked the more relaxed pace of Colico compared with some of the busier parts further down Lake Como. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area."

"I absolutely loved everything about this place! Although there is no staff physically on site, communication through the app was excellent. The staff was very responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions that made everything incredibly easy, from check-in to the entire stay. The room was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed. The appliances were modern and top-notch, including a full refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and stove. It truly felt like everything had been thoughtfully provided for a comfortable stay. My favorite part was how peaceful and quiet it was. The air conditioning was wonderful and kept the room perfectly comfortable, allowing me to sleep so peacefully and restfully. This has honestly been one of the best places I’ve stayed so far. I wish there were more hotels like this everywhere around the world. Clean, quiet, comfortable, modern, and incredibly convenient. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"This was a lovely property and a beautiful room! The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Roberto was so helpful and kind, and even stayed up to welcome us when we ended up arriving MUCH later in the night than originally planned. The breakfast was delicious, and we ate with a scenic view overlooking the mountains. We enjoyed our stay there very much. One thing to note: the road up to the property is very narrow and full of switch-backs. We found it a bit intimidating, as we're not used to driving in the mountains. However, it was well worth the view!"
