The location of the hotel is pretty, but they have built an ugly marquee in front of the property, blocking a lot of the view. Staff were all friendly and the restaurant was great for our evening meal. However, breakfast was supposed to be until 11am but was all gone by 9:30, and completely packed away by 10am, which was a shame when recovering from a long travel day before. The room was bare, with AC which didn't work.

Good 3-star hotel with good positioning & great staff..rooms are a bit basic but otherwise good. Don't order the pasta in restaurant..possibly the worst example I've experienced worldwide.. otherwise hotel was nice.

Superb stay. Very clean, large room with plentiful facilities. Glorious view, worth staying just to watch the sun set behind the mountains. Good selection for morning breakfast, hot and cold. Staff very helpful and informative.

Chambre un peu petite, climatisation non mise en service car en mai ce n'était pas la saison, nous avons donc dormi dans une chambre à 28 degrés... Pas très reposant d'autant que la literie était bruyante. Hormis cela : Personnel très aimable. Excellent petit déjeuner, bon restaurant de l'hôtel avec bon rapport qualité prix. Can’t beat the views

This hotel was nice, nestled at the top of Lake Como and at the bottom of a mountain! Be mindful, it’s still quite the uphill trek from the main road if you don’t have a car! Train is about a 15 min walk. There is only 2 restaurants in town, one in the hotel, so you’re at their mercy! The room is good but the views! That’s why you’re there, can’t beat them! Enjoy!

Fantastisk beliggenhed

Den aller smukkeste placering med udsigt til både bjerge og sø. Den venligste service, både i reception, til morgenmad og i restauranten. 10 ud af 10. Rigtig god og autentisk italiensk mad i restauranten. Vi var først i et dejligt stort familierum med alle tænkelige fornødenheder. Eneste minus dobbelt sengen knirkede meget voldsomt. Metal mod træramme. Så rykkede vi til et superior rum, der virkede persiennerne og aircondition ikke og der var ikke noget bidet.

Hotel Saligari offers superb views of the lake and mountains, but the comfort level is sparse. There is no air conditioning, and the top floor room we had became quite warm. The bathroom is a good size, but the bedroom is tiny. Furnishings appeared quite old. The WiFi connection was inconsistent and unusable. I did not like the outdated custom of holding my passport at the front desk during my stay. I would probably not stay here again.

Goed hotel - weinig nachtrust.

Aangenaam hotel, met heerlijk ontbijt. Helaas zorgden het bijhorende restaurant en de bar voor heel wat nachtlawaai. Isolatie tussen de kamers kan eveneens veel beter. Jammer dat geen lift aanwezig was.

Zumutung - impertinense: Lärmig - very noisy

Nicht am Wochenende Buchen denn da finden Hochzeitsfeiern statt und der Lärmpegel ist wie in einer Badeanstalt. Durch die Hochzeitsverantstaltungen ist das Personal mit den übrigen Hotelgästen überfordert. Rezeption ist kaum besetzt und es bipt und klingelt beinahe pausenlos Am Abend von 20:00 Uhr bis in die frühen Morgenstunden wird dann die Tanz-Musik im Restaurant voll aufgedreht welche nur durch Schlachtrufe wie Hipp hipp hurra unterbrochen werden. Fernesehn im ersten Stock ist schwierig, weil auch nachdem man die Lautstärke des TV's voll aufgedreht hat wird dieser durch die Tanzmusik übertönt. Selbst wenn das Recht auf Hochzeits und andere Feiern im Kleingedruckten irgendwo festgehalten wird, übersteigt der Lärmpegel im ersten Stock das Zumutbare. Trotz Reklamation fand weder eine Reduktion des Lärmpegels, ein alternatives Zimmer noch eine Hotelreduktion statt. Die Einstellung der Verwaltung: So ist es, basta!

Lieblos geführtes Hotel mit super Restaurant

Sehr dunkle Möblierung, Teppichboden im Flur völlig verfleckt, wirkt auf uns eklig. Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, man hört so gut wie ALLES aus den Nebenzimmern. Keine Abwechslung im Frühstücksbuffet über 10 Tage, keine Margarine im Angebot, Brot wird exakt um 10:00 täglich abgeräumt! Ungemütlicher Frühstücksraum, ist provisorisch abgetrennter Teil des Festsaals. Nur nach Mahnung leichtes Heizen im Frühstücksraum, Zimmer werden auch ab 01.10. nicht geheizt. Bei Hochzeitsfeiern werden die Parkplätze an die Partygäste vergeben, die Hotelgäste müssen den steilen Berg aus dem Dorf hochlaufen!
