100 % recomendable

Un excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos de la plaza principal y a 10 minutos caminando del terminalito (una pequeña estación de buses donde salen y llegan todos los buses que cubren la región y sus múltiples actividades, incluyendo barichara, parque chicamocha, etc). El barrio es tranquilo y seguro como el resto de la ciudad. La anfitriona es muy amable, cálida y respetuosa. La habitación y el baño sonlimpios y acogedores. El hotel es encantador, con una cocina funcional y vajilla típica colombiana, y una agradable terraza con una pequeña hamaca para relajarse por las tardes.

Me parece terrible que hoteles.com deje habilitado hoteles que ya no estan en servicio, yo confiado en mi reserva y cuando llegue el hotel ya no funcionaba y a pesar que me trataron de colaborar en hoteles.com no me pudieron conseguir otro hotel por que todo estaba lleno esa noche y me toco dormir en el vehículo, precisamente para evitar eso había reservado con anterioridad. muy mal

Nice hostel

Nice hostel with great service. The owner is very helpful and can book tours and busses. Breakfast is nice. Only con is that the rooms facing the street are very noisy, but we were moved to another room when we mentioned the noise. Close to nice restaurants.

Peu tellement être meilleur

Nous cherchons encore le bureau et le service de ménage quotidien qui étaient decrits dans l'annonce. Au lieu de ça l'évacuation de notre lavabo fuyait et malgré l'avoir signalé à l'accueil c'est resté comme ça les trois jours de notre sejour. Agrémenté d'une fourmilière, la salle de bain n'est vraiment pas pratique. Très peu de mobilier donc pas de place pour ranger un peu d'affaires. Il manque beaucoup pour en faire un bon hôtel. Le volet était une planche de bois, n'espérez pas dormir ici le week-end, ni très tard le matin si vous avez une chambre sur rue.

Comfortable hostel right in San Gil's city center

Good hotel with 9 spacious rooms that include hammocks. The staff is very attentive and supportive. Breakfast is one of the best I've had in Colombia with fresh fruit and eggs that taste like home made. The lulo juice is also spectacular! Definitely recommend if you want a well-located hostel to head out for the eco-adventure activities that San Gil offers!

Great room, service and location

Great location close to the central square, a beautiful room with two beds and a big comfortable hammock. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Very helpful hotel in San Gil

We were very pleased with our stay at Casa Colonial. The rooms are simple and fairly spacious - ours had a hammock in the room as well as a good double bed. The fruit at breakfast was great. Front desk arranged a raft trip during our short stay, answered many questions, helped with onward travel decisions, etc.
