"The hotel is very nice, and the restaurant was delicious! Lots of choices for dinner, and their breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we had on the trip. The room was clean and even with a terrible heat wave, the room remained cool. The pool area is very nice and well maintained."

"Very nice, well maintained, very clean hotel. Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms well maintained, clean and spacious. TV options were good, smart tv. Front desk staff were not too helpful, gave incorrect information regarding taxis. Location was 2 bus stops from train station with a less than 5 minute walk to the hotel. No one in the hotel to assist with luggage, had to carry up the main stairs to check in but had an elevator to your room."

"We were assigned a room on the fourth floor, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The room had a serious ant problem — there were ants everywhere. We reported the issue and were moved to another room, but the second room had the same problem. As a result, we were unable to sleep comfortably throughout the night. The front desk staff did try to help and came at midnight with insect spray, which we appreciated, but after spraying the room, we had to sleep with the strong...

"Our room was clean but very basic. The staff were very nice and helped us get settled, though they have limited hours at the reception desk. The room was air conditioned which was very welcome during a hot summer, though the unit in our room made a bit of noise that might affect light sleepers."

"A beautiful property. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money and would recommend. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"

"A beautiful hotel located approx 25 min walk from ponte vechio bridge. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice. Pool area clean. 2 shaded areas about 6 sun beds were out when we were there plus deckchair type seats. You are given a towel to use by the pool on arrival. Pool cold so ery cooling in the heat. 1 downside was the pool did need some updating of the tiles at the bottom of it. There is a bararea all very historic in...
