"Convenient location, and staff was very helpful. This is a combination hotel and apartment complex for students on exchange programs. There was laundry, bar, rooftop pool, coffee bar, restaurant, a common kitchen area, plenty of space to lounge in the evenings and patio area."

"The Villa Neroli was exceptionally clean and inviting. It caters to a little bit more upscale traveler than most of the local hotels that I could compare. Well worth the stay!!!"

"En marchant quelques minutes on arrive à la gare de tram pour aller rapidement dans le centre de Florence. Cet hôtel est donc plutôt bien situé hors ZTL, La rue qui passe juste devant est un peu bruyante avec la circulation mais rien de grave. Buffet de petit déjeuner de qualité…mais il fait très chaud dans la salle. Chambre très bien même si la salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement."

"The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken. Car park which we managed to get a space, parks 10 cars. Neighbourhood very good and it’s a walk down the hill to the bus stop which you...

"We have always enjoyed our stay here. It is very comfortable. There are lots of areas to sit and relax, have a drink, read a book, have a chat, have a swim or go for a walk around the beautiful garden. The shuttle bus into Florence is very handy. "

"Our experience was consistent with previous reviews. Location is ideal. Easy entrance into main attraction area and with rooms off an interior courtyard property is super quiet at night. Rooftop terrace is ideal. Relaxing, great cocktails and a perfect way to end a day sightseeing in the crowds of Florence. We didn't realize the restaurant is not open for dinner. Breakfast was crowded, food ok. Overall a nice property."

"The property has lots of road works … which increases the cost of any taxi trips … the reception staff were always helpful and we had an early check in … irons are not available to the room there is an ironing room … I checked with the hotel before we traveled and took our own steamer… the breakfast has a good selection the staff again were great … we ate at the hotel bar one night and the food options and food were good . "Beautiful, quiet surrounds. Walking distance to all major landmarks in Florence. Very friendly and helpful staff. No restaurant on site but breakfast is lovely and Giovanni has wonderful recommendations for where to eat. I didn’t have them but I’m told the cocktails are delicious. Didn’t use the pool which is small but would be a nice place to e to cool off after a day of touring"
