"Stayed 3 nights. The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Florence, just a short walk from all the main sights (eg. Duomo). We appreciated the simplicity, cleanliness, and charm of the place. The hotel is perfect for those looking for convenience and relaxing atmosphere while in the heart of Florence. Bit of a downside is that it can be noisy if your room is by the staircase and facing the street like ours. Hotel also requires you to leave your room key whenever you go out, which seems...

Tthe service is exceptional, welcoming, kind, friendly and in disposition to help. I had the luck to spend Holloween night in their bar and they went out of their way to decorate it. I plan to go back if I return to that beautiful city, I thank all the staff for making my stay so pleasurable! "
