"Insgesamt war das Hotel gut; die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß, das Bad und die Dusche waren hervorragend. Das Frühstücksangebot war ausreichend. Die ruhige Lage des Hotels und der Garten waren ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass nur Englisch und Italienisch gesprochen wurde."

"The staff were amazing especially Monica and Mirela. Breakfast buffet was excellent serving hot and cold items. Monica was there every morning to greet you with boungiorno and a big smile. Mirela at the front desk was so nice and helpful. The hotel and room were very clean. The hotel is close to the Vatican and Metro. Overall, this is a great hotel and I would recommend for people to stay here. John and Emma Canada"

"The hotel is very clean and fairly affordable. The service from the staff is very hit and miss. The service at the Elio restaurant is either great or very bad. The staff at Cugino, well, I don’t even think they know they’re at work. Personally it also bothered me that the hotel almost goes out of its way to make you forget you’re in Rome (or Italy). Everything is in English and with English customs, and it kind of takes away from the whole feeling of travel."

"Erstes Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Über uns die Küche mit Lärm und Fettgeruch auf dem Balkon sowie im Zimmer verbunden. Zimmerwechsel ist sofort am selben Abend erfolgt. Schwimmbad und SPA nur gegen Gebühr ansonsten nur Dusche. Einige Zimmerwinrichtungen renovierungsbedürftig"

"Stayed here for 3 nights, travelled with 5 month old baby. Paid over £700 for room only. A little disappointed in all fairness considering the price and definitely not value for money. Room very small and outdated and few minor problems (toilet seat loose, shower door didn’t close properly, fridge in the room didn’t seem to get cold). Walls also paper thin and could hear man next door coughing. Travel cot was provided but there is no kettle in the room to bear in mind if travelling with babies...
