"The room was extremely dirty and unsafe. There was trash everywhere and the bedsheets were stained and smelled bad. I even saw used needles around the property which made the place feel very dangerous. I could not stay there comfortably because it felt unsafe and unsanitary. This is completely unacceptable for a place listed on Expedia. I would strongly warn other travelers to avoid this property."

"Yes the breakfast was very nice ,it had a variety of fresh fruit ,muffins, and their was eggs ,potatoes and sausage you could even make a fresh waffle if that was what you wanted. "

"The property sits in front of a very active train track and intersection. The trains use their horns at intersection, and trains pass every two hours throughout the day and overnight. I left early and was not retunded for the nuisance. Customer service is terrible, Managment was supposed to contact me regarding the matter, however no response. It was clean, however will never stay here again and will not be considering Hamptons for stays in the future."

"This hotel is disgusting. There were roaches coming out of the shower and sink drains. I had to move rooms at 11:30pm. There is no bathroom counter space and transits hangout in and around the parking lot. I immediately checked out the next morning, which was a day earlier than expected. I booked a hotel around the corner which was 1000% better and had parking lot security. I do not suggest staying at the SureStay by Best Western in Fresno and wish I could get my money back. "

"Property is clean, staff is amazing. However, there are no amenities. For being such a new property, it has the bare bones minimum stuff. There are no sinks inside the bathrooms. They are outside by the kitchenette. It's fine for brushing teeth , but it sucks ass for shaving and trimming your beard. I've had to put the trash can over the toilet by the mirror to trim and shave. Then there's the beds. I booked a double room. One of the two beds was bulky and lumpy, because the foam mattress over...

"The Quality Inn at Fresno was great! Staff were very friendly and everything you could need is close by. Beds/room were clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day. Overall, a great place to stay just outside of Sequoia National Park, would definitely recommend! "

"This property was absolutely amazing except for one thing. The pool is freezing. Other than that the breakfast was absolutely wonderful and it’s not gone as soon as they serve it. The staff was friendly. There’s a cart to help you load your luggage from the car to your room. The rooms are nice. I liked the view from backside of motel. Lots of things close by including food and gas right next door. I would absolutely stay here again. Best bang for your buck and would recommend to anyone."

"I stay there every time i have to go there. They have fixing up the rooms with new pant and fixing the few things tha needed attention in the rooms i have stayed in. The staff is super friendly. And right on it if there is a problem. They keep it clean its quite. Great place to stay if you have business down town"
