"Arrival and check in was effortless and everyone was very nice, we arrived around 930 and check in is actually not until 3pm.We received a temporary card and the suitcases were kept for us. We were able to enjoy all anemities right away. Room was ready by noon. Loved the lay out of the room and the decor. The fridge was filled daily and room service appeared to come through twice a day. Pools were great, and the kiddy pools were awesome. The beach is amazing and nice unfortunately though the area is NOT swimable. For me that is a turn off but considering pretty much most of the whole Los Cabos/ Cabo San Lucas coastline is pretty much not swimable due to the currents.
Everyone who works at the resort and who we encountered was very nice, accommodating and pleasant.
Food was decent some foods on the buffet could have been changed out more often. But for the most part there was plenty to eat and snack.
Enjoyed breakfast at the ocean restaurant. It was a little more intimate and cooked to order. "
"Best hotel ever!
We have no words to describe how wonderful our stay at Paradisus Los Cabos was.
First, the food is another level! Not your typical all inclusive food.
The room… just wow
The personnel, so sweet and nice!
The environment… again… wow
The installations, beautiful.
I have to mention that we payed extra to be part of The Reserve (VIP) and it was totally worth it.
We are planing on coming again to Paradisus next year!

Grand Decameron Los Cabos, A Trademark All Inclusive Resort
8/10 Good
"The room was satisfactory the cleaning was subpar but they did sweep our floors whenever we allowed. The staff were kind but the service could use a little work we had trouble with our room in the beginning with our sliding door and a lizard being in our room and were just told goodluck! The drinks were okay as well as the food we ate off the resort more due to this. I definitely would not stay again but for the price we paid for our spring break trip it sufficed. If you are looking to drink definitely look somewhere else this place is definitely for an older crowd and families. "
"This hotel was 10/10 for us! It's so calm and peaceful. The staff goes above and beyond, and they are so kind. The pools are amazing. You're right next to the beach as well. I went with my young adult kids and they loved it as well. It's a beautiful hotel. It's immaculately clean and right across the street there are several places to eat and shop as well as the restaurants on site. Would definitely go back highly recommend it!! "
"Despite promising to be accommodating to my diet, they failed repeatedly to properly mark the food in the buffet, so I constantly had to ask staff which foods were safe for me to eat.
The rooms were also not cleaned unless you left at 8am on the dot. "
"Their membership process was overwhelming, very pushy. They were short staffed, line ups to get drinks (no one around to serve you) and line ups to get inside for a table at the buffet. Even served ourselves wine as there were only 2 staff members serving a very large area. Staff was always very pleasant. Hotel also needs updating, looked very old or tired in many areas. "
"Stayed for 10 days. Expedia reps were super helpful. Breakfast was the same everyday but good/fresh. Pool lunch menu was limited, would have liked healthier options to eat by the pool. Zero interest in frozen hotdogs and burgers. Buffet lunch was good and had things like fresh ceviche. Japanese restaurant was for sure the best hands down. The a la carte menu was great with fresh tuna sashimi and the Tapanakyi table was super fun. Beach is super quiet with clean sand. Same compliant about the pool chairs, they really need actually chairs than just loungers as it’s super limited. 10 days and 4 adults and we barely ever all sat together. Very weird there’s no chairs on any of the room patios, only the oceanfront so everyone brings out the room chairs. Only one bar at the pool, no swim up, so that was a little annoying or else you had to wait for a server and that could be a bit slow as there was only a couple. LOVED the beach fires at night with a singer or a musician for a couple of hours. The grass area near the pool is a waste of space and could be used better. Coffee shop drinks super good, skip the gelato at 110MXN and go to buffet for soft serve. Id try to get a room that didn’t face the road as it’s loud traffic but wasn’t a big deal. They buffet staff was oddly strict about all members had to be present to get a table, even when the restaurant was not nearly full. I would recommend the hotel as it’s quiet, laid back and smaller than others just needs some touch up’s. "
Villa La Valencia Los Cabos Beach Resort & Spa - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"The experience was really great! The resort was very clean, the landscaping was impeccable and the staff were very friendly. Every restaurant had excellent servers and the food was delicious.
The only negative was the chairs at the pool. Reservations are not allowed for the chairs and if you arrive after 6:30am, you most likely won’t find a chair due to people placing towels and items on them. Everything else about the experience was excellent. "
