"It’s a busy place! Wifi on and off. Pool was good and although I don’t really care there was no swim up bar as advertised. Bathrooms need updating but ok. All in all nothing spectacular but acceptable. "

"The room was clean, the only gripe I have is there wasn’t a microwave in the room and getting a reply for the shuttle service was lacking. I ended up just getting an uber from the airport which took close to an hour, but that’s San Jose traffic at rush hour. Overall the stay was really great and I enjoyed the experience I had. "Rented Delux room with A/C. Bed mattress was almost rock hard and made sleeping uncomfortable, Shower control handles were difficult to operate and water pressure and hot water changed constantly during shower time. We were not able to stay for free breakfast, but coffee was available:wrapped muffin was soft and and almost tasteless. "

"This place could truly be excellent, however they just missed the mark in a few areas. 1) The restaurant food quality was almost good but they used toxic seed oils in everything. 2) We booked the sauna only to find it turned off and no towels for us. We turned it on ourselves, told staff to push our appointment back to the next half hour block.
