"It wasn’t stated on which property we’ll stay upon booking. Only to find out on check in that it’s at the original/old building. Loud knocking pipes thru the wall all thru the night. We called the front desk, nobody came to check on it. The ceiling fan swirls hard that seems like it’s about to come off. "

"I won’t stay there any more. Linen were wornout, towels were discolored, mosquitos & ants all over the room, defective shower, toilet was clogged & after declogging it goes back to slow drain again. It’s way below my expectation. I don’t why you are doing business with this kind of property. "

"Booked 3 rooms for 1 night as we were needing somewhere to stay overnight before continuing further up north, but there were a lot of things that went wrong. To start, one of the rooms prior to checking in were left open. You would think that by adding the number of people staying per room, this would indicate how much toiletries to put in each room (towels, toothbrushes, etc.). This was not the case and we had to ask for additional towels for a room that is supposed to accommodate 4 people. Additionally, there were no towels in one of the rooms and no blankets in the other. We had to go down several times in the span of 2 hours to get these items from them. In the final attempt to get towels and blankets for the corresponding rooms, reception had told us the “housekeeping has confirmed that all rooms are complete” I have photos of both rooms with none of these items! To add insult to injury, none of the tvs had functioning channels in any of the rooms. Although it was just a one night stay for us it was not the end of the world. However, I would not recommend booking an extended stay with them if this is how they treat their guests."

"Not worth the money at all. Super old room, not even a refrigerator. In need of a renovation badly. I’d expect the room I was in to be $25 a night not $100 a night. The only good thing I can say is that the water was hot. The way the room looked, you’d think it wouldn’t even have hot water. And the bed was sturdy, just trying to say something positive."

"Parking Policy is not Recommendable Parking staff can move around your vehicle and when they scratched it. They said they are not responsible for it."

"Arrived in their place but apparently it wasnt booked by expedia and told us weve been scammed. Contacted expedia and they said casa calungsod will email us. Received an email from them and the reason why they cant accommodate us is technical glitch. Asked for a refund but up to now no refund Received.Holiday ruined. Travelled all the way from ilocos just to find out we are not booked."

"No one assists us on the property which is understandable because it was holy week. We also thought that its not safe because no caretaker on the property but overall it was a good stay. It is near the highway and convenient to all resto and store."
