Stayed 7 nights a they did not come in one time and clean up, make the bed or give me clean towels. I had to ask for clean towels. Room is musty and smells like a wet rag. Outside is cute and clean, but rooms are horrible and dirty.

This hotel was great. The staff were so nice and helpful. This hotel has a pool, bar, a restaurant, and free breakfast. It is a boutique hotel so it is a bit small but overall I would recommend it.

Nice hotel for the price. Staff was very friendly, location was amazing, less than 10 minutes from the airport, 15 min to San Juan. Across the street had a great arepa 24 hour place and a bakery that was nearby. Nice pool, bar, and restaurant.

Was not planning on writing a review as I sent an email with feedback but they did not bother to get back to me. I can accept a poor experience but surprised at the fact that they don’t care so here I am. The room was not ready until 3:30 pm with lots of angry customers waiting. I knew the room would likely have been cleaned in a rush given that we were all given our rooms at the same time. The room was suboptimally cleaned. The sheets seemed dirty and I found long hairs. This happened late at night and the kind lady at the desk had to change the sheets herself. The pool itself seemed like it had not been cleaned in a while. The place is falsely advertised as on the beach but in fact its at the other end of the highway and you would need to cross the bridge by the way.

I stayed here for four nights (3/20-3/24) and overall had an okay experience. The shared spaces—the bar, pool, and restaurant—are nice, and it’s great that breakfast is included. Breakfast could use more variety. Most mornings it was bagels, toast, croissants, turkey and cheese, and apples. It would have been nice to have options like bananas, berries, or yogurt. Clearer instructions on where to go for breakfast would also help. Beach access could also be explained better. The beach is close, but because the hotel sits off the highway, you have to go up steps, cross over, then go down steps and look for the entrance. Our room (Room 25) was nice but very small for two people, especially compared to some other queen rooms that looked larger and had chairs and desk space. Housekeeping was inconsistent—our room was cleaned only once during the four nights, and we had to call multiple times for towels and washcloths. We also ran out of hand soap, and the soap dispenser seemed watered down and often spilled onto the counter. Staff were friendly overall, but clearer instructions for guests and more consistent housekeeping would improve the stay.

The staff talking too loud and blast music from their phone while am trying to rest they left me without a toilet paper they was a stain on the pillow case and the smells on the Confort wasn’t fresh they put me on room 42 which every time someone use the door that bring you to breakfast area then my room door shakes am not sure why I have videos and pictures if you want… I don’t want anyone to get in trouble but speak to them because I know communication is importing in the right tone…also try to put a air freshener in hallway bathroom is was clean but not the smell ok I hope this can make it difference have a blessed day

We were only there 1 night. We enjoyed having cocktails at the pool bar. The shrimp tacos were delicious. Our room was very clean and decorated nicely. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Did not use the pool or any other amenities.

Loved this boho style hotel. So quiet and peaceful. The pool was a little small but was my fave place to relax and unwind. The Spa was cute and cozy. My mother said, she had the best massage she ever had. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back.

The pool was slimy. The outdoor bar service was ridiculously slow. It took a half hour for the bartender to take our order. There’s no room service. And the guest were 50+. The hotel is not near anything, so I would recommend renting a car. When we arrived to check in- we wanted to leave our bags. The entire office was filled with suitcases not even in a room. They were all just in the waiting area. The room was fine. But the hotel overall was not at all somewhere I’d recommend.

Clean room! Love the breakfast in the morning. The pool was nice, but small. Very convenient and they’re across the street for the beach. You can walk out of the building using the back door (next to the breakfast area) and take a left and then another left at the end of the street and then you’ll see a bridge that will take you over the highway to get you to the beach and restaurants.

Area is horrible. Off of two main highways. Small pool. Limited menu. Restaurant has extremely limited hours. One meal was amazing. One was awful. No actual breakfast. Not once did staff give any indication where to find said breakfast. No amenities to speak of. You have to cross multiple highways via a walking bridge to actually see the ocean you can’t swim in. On the good side, the bartenders were absolutely the most amazing. All of them were great. When we checked in I immediately wanted to go elsewhere, especially for almost $3k a week for 5 nights. They wouldn’t give me a refund so we had no choice but to stay and we were able to make the most of it. But absolutely will never stay here again. It’s an upgraded roadside motel and nothing more.

Staff was very nice. Property was also pretty. We had to wait about 90 mins to check in, though. No housekeeping service on some days and towels not replaced despite following written instructions. Breakfast was okay - basic scrambled eggs and bacon daily. Beach is nearby, but be aware that you need to cross a highway bridge over 8 lanes of traffic to get to the beach.
