You get what you pay for. This is an affordable room but dont expect a 5 star hotel. Pros: the price is the best around. The room was clean and the fridge and air conditioning worked.Staff were friendly and helpful. Resturant on site. Cons: The place was generally run down and in need of upgrades and repairs. The price attracts a lot of young people. Most of the chairs near the pool were broken. There was a giant leak coming from the ceiling in the lobby. I was only in town for a day and just needed a room to sleep. I would not want to spend any substantial amount of time here but again, everything worked and it was clean and affordable.

Absolutely terrible experience. I would not recommend staying here. The room was not clean or sanitary — I found a roach in the room, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. It made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe the entire time. When I reported it to the front desk, the service was just as bad as the room. Staff were unhelpful and dismissive, and instead of properly resolving the issue, they made the situation more stressful. At first, they refused to refund me at all. Then they said they would only refund me if I checked out immediately, leaving me with nowhere to go. This is not how you treat paying guests, especially when the issue is clearly the hotel’s fault. Poor cleanliness, poor customer service, and no accountability. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

We had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. We booked two rooms, and both were extremely dirty. We found roaches, and there were hairs on the pillows and sheets. The bathroom was also filthy, and the air conditioning was leaking. We asked to switch rooms, but the second room was just as bad. We barely slept and tried to check out the next day, hoping for a refund. Sadly, they are refusing to reimburse us for the other 4 nights we didn’t stay. I would strongly advise against staying here, it was a nightmare.

The room was very very tiny. Entire room has only one light switch working. So if someone want light in bathroom then have to turn on light for entire room. Very very pathetic facility. The window was broken. The room walls are piled. Looked like some remote field place. I don’t understand how come Expedia has business with such a poor facility. I would stop using Expedia after this very bad experience.

When we checked in we found out that the Suite that we reserved was at least 250 meters down the street. The key lock on the metal gate was hard to figure out. Inside they only provided towels for 1 guest when clearly we booked 2 guests and so we had to go back to front desk. There was mold on the wall near the bed. The shower head sprayed all over the place and the TV remote controls - gave us 3 of them for 2 TVs and none of them worked.

This is an extreme budget hotel. Good points: - close to the airport - room was clean (but very basic and small) - bed fairly comfortable - AC worked - much cheaper than any of the other hotels in the area that I found Bad points: - neither pool or hot tub were heated. "Hot tub" was pool temp, about 72F - room extremely basic. No bath mat, no dresser, no phone, no tv instructions, no wifi. No hair dryer or even an outlet in the bathroom. - our room had a physical key and the charge if you lost it or didn't return it was $100. What was surprising was that they charge you $10 for an electronic key card if that is not returned (never seen that at any hotel) Also note that because of the proximity to the airport, you will hear planes all night long. Didn't bother me bc I sleep with ear plugs, but planes woke my husband up numerous times during the night. It's ok for one night but wouldn't recommend it for more than that. We also had a very bad experience in the attached gelato shop/cafe. Very poor service, and one order from our group never came (waited an hour). We were mostly ignored by the wait staff and after being told "yes I know" that we were hotel guests and eligible for the 10% discount, we had to have them adjust the bill because the waitress did not enter it for the bill.
